Embroidery:  Embroidery is another option that normally works well for polos, sweatshirts, hoodies hats and jackets. This type of decoration is ideal for businesses who want to offer their employees or customers custom apparel that is a little bit more professional. Custom embroidery is also one of our most durable forms of customization for apparel. Embroidered logos are stitched using our Tajima commercial embroidery machine.  Each logo is composed of a series of stitches ranging from 8,000-14,000 stitches for a typical left or right chest size logo that usually measures around 2.5×4 inches.  Select your thread color that best matches your company logo or design.  We have hundreds of different color thread to choose from or we can custom order your exact Pantone color of your logo or design.  Once we have your art file digitized, we keep that on file for quick repeat orders.

Dye Sublimation: If you are looking for full color images, realistic photos, or looking for something fun and funky with an all over design, dye sublimation may be the perfect fit as it allows the apparel to be completely dyed.  Unlike screen printing, dye sublimation basically becomes one with the fabric, leaving no noticeable texture on top of the product.  A very important note about our clothing and t-shirt dye services is that they work the best on synthetic materials. This means that any custom apparel you order will have to be placed on polyester and/or synthetic blends if you want the clearest images on the fabric.  We also can recommend dye sublimation on a 50/50 cotton poly blend, however, it will give your image a more vintage look.  The graphics on a 100% polyester shirt look crisp, bright and clean, while the 50/50 poly/cotton blend t-shirt gives a subtle more faded appearance, giving it a more vintage or retro look.  We recommend both types of dye sublimation and have examples of each in our showroom located in Minneapolis.  Come See Us!
